I stayed at many Drury Inns in the pass with NO problem. But when I stayed at this location I had a problem with my thermostat. I didn't get warm. I call front desk they came to my room to see what was the problem. Tried to tell me the fan had to be off and if the fan was on it would blow cold air. The brought me so extra blankets. When I went to check out told the manager the situation. He tried to make it seem like I was stupid. On his phone looking at the temperature of the room on his phone. Saying it was working properly. I don't care what he said the room was still cold to me at 74-76 degrees. He said was was going to tell the maid to check the room out. But what good it was going to me because I was checking out. So I couldn't tell if they checked or fixed the thermostat. I felt the manger thought I was lying.

The bed was super comfy, and the room was very clean and nice. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the road noise was terrible. I was constantly being awoken by truckers engine breaking on the off ramp.

The restaurant and staff in both the restaurant and the hotel were wonderful, the room was very nice besides the cleanliness issues I had.

I arrived around 9pm after a long day of travel went to take a shower and there was a dirty, used washcloth with body hair on it hanging from the shower curtain bar, then when getting in bed notice a softball size blood stain on the comforter

We booked 2 nights here for a wedding; the block of rooms reserved for the wedding party were all 2 queen bed rooms. Upon check-in, they very nicely allowed us to upgrade to a king bed room! Extremely friendly staff, very clean, and the room was very quiet!

Never stayed at a Drury hotel before. Very impressed. They have snacks at 530p.m., popcorn and soda (all the time) and coffee. Staff were all very friendly. Great room as well. Will stay with them again for sure.

We have stayed here several times and it’s consistently a great experience. Clean comfortable rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast, and great location next to a Starbucks. We will continue to stop here when traveling through.
